Business IT continuity plan implementation - After all critical services have been identified, the steps in the IT continuity plan will be implemented to ensure that these critical services keep functioning in the face of a disaster, or impact is as minimised as possible.
Testing and training - Final step to ensure everything put in place is working and perform final adjustments. Key staff members should be involved in the development of the plan and be given sufficient training so that in the event of a disaster, they are able to understand the process and switch over, if applicable.
